アップルの歴史をみればジョブズの性格が、win-winなんてものをまったく志向していないことがわかります。

立場が弱い相手に甘い条件をあたえるようなことはしません。

ジョブズにとってはアップルの周辺で稼いでいる第三者は、アップルが得るべき利益の簒奪者としかみなされません。

Mac互換機からのライセンス剥奪、Macの販売店、流通網を切り捨てて、AppleStoreを全世界に展開したやりかた。

最大のWin-Win関係でMacプラットホームの構築の大功労者であるAdobeとすらたびたびの抗争をくりかえしています。Adobeが完全に切り捨てられなかったのは、Macintoshプラットホーム以外で事業基盤をつくることに成功したからです。

なぜ、ジョブズに生殺与奪の権利をゆだねるようなかたちでビジネスを展開することに危険を感じないでいられるのかが僕にはわからない。もちろんそれってありなギャンブルですよ。でも、そこに緊張感は持ちましょう。
